To help you and your child prepare for this exciting transition, we would like to invite parents and caretakers to our Rising 6th Grade Parent Information Night (1/21 at 6 PM @ EMMS). This event is designed for adults to allow you to meet some of our staff members and learn more about what to expect in middle school.
During the evening, we will cover important topics such as:
The middle school schedule:
-Course requirements and registration
-MS Schedule 101
-Extracurricular opportunities
-Exciting programs available here at The Mill
Additionally, if your child is currently enrolled in any Gifted and Talented (GT) courses and you anticipate they will be placed in GT classes next year, we strongly encourage you to attend our Gifted and Talented Program Information Session (1/21@ at 5:30 PM). This session will take place before the general information session. Parents who plan to attend the GT session should plan to attend both sessions.
